Payment is processed immediately after you place your order. Once the payment is confirmed, your item moves into production since all products are made to order.

3. Will I receive an invoice or receipt?

Yes. After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment receipt.

4. Can I change my billing details after placing an order?

If you entered incorrect billing information, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order enters production, billing details may no longer be changed.

5. Why was my payment declined?
